Decker
An open multimedia authoring environment inspired by HyperCard, combining cards, widgets, drawing, sound, and lightweight Lil scripts in a shareable file.
Why use it
Narrative and systems designers can quickly assemble clickable toys, interface flows, and small games that run directly in a browser.
Where it fits
Use prototypes and playtests to find core experience problems while they are still cheap to fix.
What to check
Its low-resolution aesthetic and compact runtime are intentional; complex 3D, online services, and large content pipelines are out of scope, and imported assets need their own licenses.
